Introduction:
Desulfurization butterfly vavle for my company is based on the
current domestic flue gas desulfurization system and the design of
products. To meet the limestone and gypsum slurry of corrosion,
disc and dtem the use of a special corrsion-resistant alloys, vavle
seats using high wear-resistant rubber, to a large number of
liquidparticles in the erosion of the valve seats. Therefore
products with high anti-corrosion and abradion resistance and high.
Ad products are designed for user requirements, targeted and high
reliability.
Medium to apply gypsum ash, sulfur dioxide, lime slurry paste,
process water, and other aggressive media.
The disc of the wafer type butterfly valve is installed in the
diameter direction of the pipe. In the cylindrical passage of the
butterfly valve body, the disc-shaped disc rotates around the axis,
and the rotation angle is between 0°-90°, which can play the role
of flow regulation. When the disc rotates to 90°, the valve reaches
the maximum. Opening degree.
The clip-on butterfly valve is simple in structure, small in size
and light in weight, and consists of only a few parts. Moreover, it
can be quickly opened and closed by only rotating 90°, and the
operation is simple, and the valve has good fluid control
characteristics.
